Spacious room, friendly staff, with easy access to public transportation. the breakfast menu had an impressive variety, and I especially enjoyed the lovely bar and restaurant for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from Cardiff Bay and the city center. The double room was spacious and comfortable, which made our stay pleasant. Especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet with so many options available. The staff were accommodating when we had an issue with our toilet, quickly moving us to another room when necessary.

I appreciated the spacious layout of the hotel and its accessibility, making it easy for me to navigate the public areas without feeling rushed. The well-kept decorations added a lovely touch to the atmosphere, enhancing my comfort.

More non-slip mats in bathrooms would help seniors.

The Double Room with Sofa was really spacious and clean. I loved the comfortable bed and the nice shower. There were free toiletries, fresh bottled water, and even a comfy sofabed that was perfect for relaxing. The room was quiet despite being near a busy area, so I slept well. Perfect for hanging out and unwinding after exploring Cardiff.

The spacious family room was perfect for our large group, especially with four babies. We loved being steps away from restaurants and the beautiful Cardiff Bay for walks. The breakfast was a highlight, offering delicious options that satisfied everyone, including the little ones!

In my wife’s opinion, the lack of designated unloading areas for families with children made it a bit tricky during check-in.

However, the high room rates during peak events were a downside, although it seemed consistent with the busy city during that time.

Great place with reliable wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped with my bags during my first stay, and they always provide excellent service. I’m looking forward to coming back for a city trip.

Super close to Cardiff Bay and the city! Room was clean and spacious with 2 double beds. Staff were super nice, and breakfast had loads of options. Just the traffic noise from the busy road outside was a bit much at times. Enjoyed the comfy lounge area, too.

We had a fantastic time exploring Cardiff Bay, which was just a short walk from our hotel. With our two adult kids, we particularly enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and nearby attractions, like the Millennium Centre. The large room was spacious and comfy, making our stay even better.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the hotel provided more soundproofing to reduce traffic noise from the busy road outside.

We had a decent stay with good-sized bedrooms and a clean bathroom. Loved the buffet breakfast, it was hearty and in a cozy setting. Just wish there was a mini fridge in the room. it would've been useful for some snacks. a pretty good spot for exploring the area.
